We now offer four class programs tailored to your individual goals. Please read on or call us for details about which class is best for you, your friends and family. Get started with us this February 2025!
GLA:D Program
GLA:D is a 6-week intensive course for Osteoarthritis of the Hip and Knee.
There are 14 sessions, which include 12 exercise classes that are up to 60 minutes long. Additionally, you receive 2 interactive workshops to educate you about the program, how to best manage the symptoms of osteoarthritis and the exercises you are doing. The program is designed with motivational outcome scores and goals, to help you regain activity levels and promote healthy lifestyles.
Strength & Stability Classes
Our Strength & Stability classes are a rehab and recovery program for individuals bouncing back from injury or other problem areas. They are also a great tool to help prevent injuries in the future by building up and maintaining your strength, flexibility, and tone. Many of our participants use this class to manage and prevent back pain. They can also be a great way to help you return to the gym or your sport after an injury.
Seniors Exercise & Restore Classes
Our Seniors Exercise & Restore classes focus on balance, flexibility, and mobility for our older friends. They are designed to help you regain your confidence when you’re on your feet so you can live your life with maximum independence. Each class has around 4 to 6 participants, so it is a great way for you to participate in a small social circle. We run one class a week to encourage regular and consistent physical activity.
Pilates MasterClass
Our Pilates Masterclass is a smaller group of only 2 to 3 participants to maximise your education of performance skills. It is based primarily on the mats and focuses on body alignment, posture, and movement control. These classes are great for learning to improve breath awareness and control as well as improve your form and technique if you participate in a larger pilates class.
Each class is run by Annabelle, one of our amazing Physiotherapists here at Back to Health Physio. She runs each class with between 2 to 6 participants; enabling her to tailor to individual needs.
